STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR BACSTORE ONLINE/PHYSICAL
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
1. An order (or part of an order) CANNOT be cancelled once the payment is verified and authorised.
1. All items are non-returnable, once sold, unless it is a damaged/low-quality item/defective.
2. The issue must be reported in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after receiving your item(s).
3. All item(s) returned must be in their original shipping condition with its packaging and accessories.
4. The return process must commence within 3 days of receiving your item.
5. The returned items will be inspected. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
6. The cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded if the return is a result of BACstore’s error or defect.
7. For Online purchase, It is advised to ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at BACstore within 14 days of receipt of the item.
8. The return policy only applies to products purchased from BACstore Online & Physical store.
9. Items purchased in BACstore physical store must be returned to the store with the original receipt within 3 days from date of purchase.
Situations where an item CAN BE returned or replaced
1. An item is considered defective for the following reasons:
a. Missing Page(s)
b. Printing Error
c. Damaged item(s) upon receipt
2. Wrong item received.
Situations where an item(s) CANNOT BE returned or replaced
1. Used or intentionally damaged item(s)
2. When serial books / items are unboxed, not returned in a full set or are missing accessories (e.g. CDs)
3. The item(s) has been torn or is dirty
4. Change of mind
5. Purchased it else where
There will be NO REFUNDS unless the item(s) ordered are:
1. No longer in production (Out of Print)
2. Sold out
3. Defective/wrongly sent (as per the terms mentioned above)
IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE TO RETURN OR REPLACE AN ITEM?
All defective item(s) must be reported in writing via email to email@example.com within 3 days of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement soonest possible.
